Hi, I would love to try this method out, because it would save me a lot of time compared to the way I normally cook my steaks in the oven. But I have one problem, the only steaks I have are Cross Rib, Sirloin Tip, and New York Steak. Can I still use this method, or does it only work with Ribeye steaks? please respond!
