I'd found my way here looking for tips/instructions for baking chicken thighs. The baking sauce was an unexpected treasure. I absolutely loved this sauce with the thighs (made a tasty, as well as impressive-looking meal), however if I don't happen to have chicken thighs, I WILL be using this sauce with whatever type or cut of poultry I have...often.
