yesss I love fruit spring rolls! I usually make a dipping sauce with peanut/almond butter, honey, and enough water to thin it out. I like strips of mango in my rolls.

Yeah this whole "one square of chocolate" thing is alien to me. I make a not-too-sweet granola with tons of nuts that sometimes does the trick. I think part of my post-lunch sweets craving is my brain dreading going back to the cube. A brisk walk around the block sometimes works to get my endorphins up enough to avoid the donut hole trap on the way back to my desk.

i don't think i've ever made a dinner my boyfriend enjoyed as much as this. he went back for thirds!

i accidentally baked it at 500 (oops!) so i took it out somewhere between 15-20 minutes and it turned out great! wasn't too dry but had wonderful crispy edges. mmmmmmm.
