Not all Pudim is created equal. I lived in Brazil for quite a while and ate with local families daily. I recommend experimenting with different recipes because some are rich and dense and creamy, and others seem almost watered down, even among the locals. I look forward to trying all of these that have been shared!

I've been wanting a good American interpretation of this recipe for some time now. I lived in Brazil for a time and I absolutely love these. Thanks for sharing this recipe! Have you tried Mousse de Maracuj√° (passion fruit mousse)? That's next on my list!
